Associate Director - SAP Finance Lead

We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Associate Director – Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions across Sales & Distribution and Finance. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in both SAP SD and SAP FICO, with deep knowledge of cross-module integration, solution strategy, and modern SAP offerings such as RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA programs involving SD and Finance, ensuring smooth cross-functional integration.
• Define and execute the solution strategy, roadmap, and architecture for Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
• Design integrated business processes covering sales order management, billing, revenue recognition, financial postings, and reporting.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business transformation objectives and industry best practices.
• Drive adoption of RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Activate methodology across engagements.
• Oversee integration areas including pricing, tax, revenue accounting, credit management, and financial reconciliation.
• Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis, and high-level design sessions across SD and FICO.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, regulatory standards, and internal governance.
• Mentor senior consultants and managers, contributing to practice development and capability growth.
• Support pre-sales efforts including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.

• 13+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving SD and Finance modules.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management) and SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
• Strong understanding of cross-module integration between SD and FICO, including revenue recognition, tax determination, and financial postings.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Advanced ATP, Settlement Management, and Group Reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach, and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Fiori-based applications.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.

• Required: SAP S/4HANA Sales and SAP S/4HANA Finance Certifications
• Preferred: SAP Solution Architect Certification, Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
