Job Description

As an Account Receivable, you will manage revenue recording, invoice generation, deposit matching, and monthly reconciliations with precision. Your attention to detail will support accurate reporting and smooth financial operations for a globally recognized organization.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with NetSuite, Stripe, Clover, or Bushfire is a plus
Your Daily Tasks
  • Record income from pledges, events, tuition, and facility rentals into the general ledger
  • Code entries accurately by Location (campus) and Department (ministry or campaign)
  • Create and send invoices for rentals and custom programs
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of subledger totals with bank deposits (e.g., Overflow, Square, cash)
  • Match deposits to individual entries and resolve discrepancies
