1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the travel industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
5. Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry knowledge is an advantage
