Role Overview
The Freelance Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing,and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead
generation, and measurable growth. This role focuses on paid advertising, social
media management, and collaboration with SEO support to ensure both immediate
campaign success and longterm visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
o Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
o Manage multiple accounts (J Account, BLC, AKARI) with tailored strategies.
o Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Content & Community Management
o Develop creative content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
o Oversee community engagement across social platforms.
o Coordinate with design and content teams for visuals and copywriting.
SEO Collaboration
o Work closely with SEO support to align paid and organic strategies.
o Ensure campaigns are optimized for search visibility and longterm reach.
o Support content optimization and linkbuilding initiatives.
Tools & Technology
o Utilize platforms such as Canva Pro/Adobe Creative Cloud, Hootsuite/Buffer, CRM
systems (HubSpot/Zoho), and email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Sendinblue).
o Manage subscriptions and ensure effective use of digital tools.
Reporting & Analytics
o Prepare monthly performance reports on ad spend, leads, and conversions.
o Track tool usage and budget allocation.
o Provide insights for management decisionmaking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not
mandatory for freelance).
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in Meta Ads campaign
management.
Knowledge of lead generation funnels, KPI reporting, and creative planning.
Familiarity with SEO principles and ability to collaborate with SEO specialists.
Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Adobe, CRM, email marketing platforms).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
