Payroll Specialist | Maxicare Health Services, Inc., Makati City

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? MaxiHealth is looking for a Payroll Specialist to ensure smooth, on-time, and compliant payroll processing for our growing team.

• Process end-to-end payroll with 100% accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, and benefits administration
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity
• Prepare payroll reports for management and support audits as needed
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related queries

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, HR, Business Administration, or related field

Experience / Knowledge:

• With 1 year of payroll experience (multi-site or large workforce an advantage)
• Knowledge of payroll systems and government statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HRIS/ERP is a plus
