  • Job Overview:

The Purchasing & Admin Staff will be responsible for procurement activities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing Tasks
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers
  • Process Purchase Requests (PRF) & Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Monitor deliveries and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations & accounting teams
  • Track inventory levels and maintain vendor records
Administrative Tasks
  • Manage office supplies, records & filing systems
  • Coordinate repairs and office maintenance
  • Assist in employee onboarding
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence & meetings
  • Support HR and management with reports & documentation
  • Help organize company activities and events

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

1–2 years experience in purchasing/admin work
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented & able to multitask
