The Purchasing & Admin Staff will be responsible for procurement activities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing Tasks- Source and negotiate with suppliers
- Process Purchase Requests (PRF) & Purchase Orders (PO)
- Monitor deliveries and supplier performance
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations & accounting teams
- Track inventory levels and maintain vendor records
- Manage office supplies, records & filing systems
- Coordinate repairs and office maintenance
- Assist in employee onboarding
- Handle scheduling, correspondence & meetings
- Support HR and management with reports & documentation
- Help organize company activities and events
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
1–2 years experience in purchasing/admin workStrong communication & negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented & able to multitask
