Job Description:
You are to perform a wide range of architectural work which include but not limited to:
- Assist Senior Architect & Studio Head in preparing Schematic Design Concepts up to Construction Documents
- Conducts site inspection to make sure that plans & specifications are properly implemented
- Prepares Bill of Materials
- Coordinates with construction materials suppliers and perform material purchasing.
- Perform other related duties
