What you'll be doing- Analyse complex data sets to uncover meaningful trends and patterns that inform business decisions
- Design and develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and visualisations to present data insights effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and metrics that support the business goals
- Implement advanced data modelling techniques to enhance data integrity and reliability
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive operational efficiency
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders on data-driven solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in the charging vehicle industry
- Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using tools like SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Familiarity with the charging vehicle industry and its unique data requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
