Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, fostering their growth and performance.
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of analytics / reporting projects.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with CS management to understand business goals and develop BI strategies to support them.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple BI projects to align with business needs and deadlines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Oversee the design and creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
Ensure insights are actionable, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of data pipelines, models, and governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
  • Stay updated on BI tools, trends, and technologies to implement improvements and innovations.

  • Ensure full knowledge of CS tools and its functionalities to enable CS to optimize its features and functionalities. Also responsible for maintenance ensuring minimal to no service interruptions.

Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure BI solutions meet organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to unify data practices and standards.

Quality and Data Integrity:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, addressing any issues promptly.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics are a plus.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within BI teams.
  • Expertise in analytics and data management tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker and other related analytics and data mgt. tools/system). o Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python, SQL, C++, R is a plus. Also with Ticketing/Phone and chat tool such as (but not limited to) SalesForce, Zoho, FreshDesk, ZenDesk, Nice, Five9 and LiveChat.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
