Project Architect/Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented Project Manager - Civil / Mechanical Engineer / Architect to join our team at Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of projects within our property portfolio while driving strategic growth.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to manage project requirements, timelines and budgets
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise
• Prepare detailed project plans, status reports and other documentation as required
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
• Provide technical expertise and support to the broader project management team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, partnerships and client leads
• Build and maintain relationship with clients, partners and key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. License is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, with a focus on electrical and/or mechanical projects
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods and project management principles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about delivering high-quality projects and continuously improving processes
