Area Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Area Operations Supervisor to supervise all store operations within the assigned region / area.

1. Manages the operations and sales functions of the branches in his/her assigned region/area and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales targets, maximum profitability, and growth in line.
2. Reconciles daily activities and generates necessary sales reports, stocks on hand, itinerary, and provides/submits the same to the Regional Sales Head, Assistant Store Operations Manager, and Operations Manager as applicable.
3. Constant coordination and communication with Regional Sales Head relative to sales and all operations concerns.
4. Communicates to the team the plans of the company to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business.
5. Plans, coordinates, and controls the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
6. Visits and audits the stores regularly (at least twice or thrice a month for far-distant areas and once a week for nearby areas).
7. Conducts twice a year performance appraisal of all SICs within the assigned region/area.
8. Heads/Supports Flash Sale events whenever needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in multi-store supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
