Qualifications:
- Graduate of Tourism, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related course
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in operations, preferably in car rental, transport, or tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of daily operations, scheduling, and fleet coordination
- Experience in supervising drivers, dispatchers, or operations staff
- Knowledgeable in customer service standards and handling guest concerns
- Familiar with vehicle documentation, permits, and basic compliance requirements
- Able to coordinate with maintenance, HR, and finance teams
- Knows how to drive
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
