- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong academic record with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen interest in enterprise systems, data configuration, and business applications
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic technology environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Internship experience, coursework, or academic projects involving business systems, databases, or system configuration
- Exposure to Microsoft Excel, SQL, or ERP/CRM platforms
- Basic understanding of access control, user roles, and system permissions
- Proactive approach to learning new technologies and understanding business processes
Responsibilities
Tariff Administration- Maintain and update tariff data in business systems.
- Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams to implement compliant tariff rules.
- Conduct audits to ensure tariff accuracy and data integrity.
- Configure and maintain car park locations and assets in enterprise systems.
- Link new locations to business workflows, reporting structures, and access controls.
- Update records and manage lifecycle changes, including activations, decommissioning, and transfers.
- Administer user accounts, roles, and system permissions in accordance with security policies.
- Review access controls and support security audits.
- Provision and revoke system access for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Configure promotional codes based on business campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate setup and tracking.
- Monitor code usage, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and resolve configuration issues.
