Sales Development Representative - Manila

Our client, Cake Freight Inc, is a fast-growing remote-first 3PL logistics company built on speed, precision, and performance. As they scale operations, they’re seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to work directly alongside the CEO—owning pipeline activity, lead generation, and outbound outreach.
About the Role
This role combines sales development and executive assistance. You'll function as the CEO’s right hand, leading all top-of-funnel activities and ensuring a daily flow of booked discovery calls. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented role for someone who thrives in outbound campaigns, sales messaging, and CRM-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage outbound sales pipeline and qualify leads (targeting 100+ prospects/day)
- Build and execute LinkedIn campaigns and DM outreach using Sales Navigator
- Use HubSpot for pipeline, sequencing, messaging A/B tests, and CRM hygiene
- Conduct research to continuously enrich the lead database using Apollo.io
- Schedule appointments and calls via Calendly
- Design and send branded sales assets using Canva
- Assist with email/calendar coordination via Google Suite
- Track outreach performance and suggest optimizations
- Monitor and engage with industry-specific LinkedIn groups
- Report directly to the CEO and support all revenue-generating activities
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or executive assistance
- Prior experience in logistics, B2B services, or tech-enabled industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of outbound outreach, targeting, and lead qualification
- Fluent in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Canva, Calendly
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency, accountability, and initiative
- Confident, results-oriented, and hungry to grow with a high-performance culture
- Direct collaboration with the CEO—hands-on exposure to sales strategy
