About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (GDS Experience) at IGT Technologies Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support related to travel services and reservations. This is a full-time onsite role based in Mandaluyong City.
What You’ll Be Doing- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Handling travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Investigating and resolving customer concerns accurately and within agreed service levels
- Providing clear and detailed information about products, services, and travel policies
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer requests
- Adhering to company policies, quality standards, and client procedures
- Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan).
- High School Graduates with at least 1 year BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite at the Mandaluyong City location
