Process Engineer (Industrial Engineers)

We are looking for a Process Engineer with a strong Industrial Engineering background to drive operational excellence within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving cycle times, and reducing waste through the application of IE principles, Lean methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production flow, cycle time, and line balancing, to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean projects on the production floor
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and workstation optimization
• Utilize data analytics to monitor line performance, identify trends, and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement sustainable improvements
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Open to fresh graduates; experience in manufacturing or process improvement is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
• Experience or exposure to line balancing, capacity planning, and production optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
