Job Description
Posted on 23 April 2026- Analyze production processes, machine operation times, and workflow efficiency
- Conduct time studies and evaluate work methods for each process
- Identify bottlenecks and problematic processes in production
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Support development and improvement projects within the production line
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues
- Prepare reports and documentation related to process analysis and improvement activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering course
- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in manufacturing are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in data analysis, process improvement, and production systems is an advantage
- Background in Information Technology or Computer Science with strong analytical skills may also be considered
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
