Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure the efficient operation of production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to support operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control maintenance-related costs.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance operations within a food manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and food manufacturing processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan and on a shifting schedule if required.
