Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and output targets.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company standards.
- Prepare and implement daily and weekly production plans.
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and shift schedules.
- Monitor raw material usage, production efficiency, and wastage control.
- Conduct regular inspections of production lines, equipment, and work areas.
- Ensure proper machine operation and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare production reports, KPI monitoring, and productivity analysis.
- Train, coach, and evaluate production personnel.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related courses.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in production operations.
- Knowledgeable in:
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Food Safety Standards
- Production Planning and Inventory Control
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting systems.
- Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan and on shifting schedules when required.
