SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Candidates with experience in telecommunications, Amazon accounts, or BPO sales environments are highly preferred.

• Conduct outbound cold calling and customer outreach activities
• Promote and sell products or services to prospective and existing customers
• Perform upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales
• Handle customer objections and apply hard-selling techniques professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance and customer experience
• Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and market trends

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and aggressive sales environments
• Experience in upselling, hard selling, and customer retention is highly preferred

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity is an advantage
