Sales Support Specialist (Urgent Hiring)

Location: Makati City

Employment Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing sales documents, coordinating with clients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Assist in processing sales orders and monitoring project status.
  • Prepare sales reports and other documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Perform other tasks that support the sales team's operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
