Sales Support Specialist (Urgent Hiring)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing sales documents, coordinating with clients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Assist in processing sales orders and monitoring project status.
- Prepare sales reports and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Perform other tasks that support the sales team's operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
