Tarlac - Recruitment Associate / Headhunter
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Recruitment Associate (Headhunter) to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a bubbly, professional demeanor.
You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting multiple initial interviews daily, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for every applicant.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume initial interviews with candidates across various roles and industries.
Pre-screen resumes and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and update candidate profiles accordingly.
Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing and engagement.
Ensure a friendly, energetic, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support in job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Naturally jolly, energetic, and professional in interactions.
Excellent attention to detail — especially in screening and data entry.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple interviews per day without losing quality.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is a plus.
