About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Social Media to join our dynamic team at the Holiday Plaza Hotel in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Graphic Designer & Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and online presence of our prestigious hotel.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and showcase your exceptional design skills.
What you'll be doing- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, social media content, and digital assets to support the hotel's marketing and branding initiatives
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute innovative social media campaigns that drive audience engagement
- Design promotional materials, such as advertisements, flyers, brochures, and event collateral
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve and enhance the hotel's visual presence
- Provide creative input and solutions to address the hotel's marketing and design-related challenges
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design or social media marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take creative direction
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design and social media industry developments
