About the Role
We are hiring a Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager to handle content creation and manage social media platforms across multiple brands.
This role focuses on creating engaging visuals, producing short-form content, and maintaining a consistent online presence to increase visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic—someone who can not only design but also understand what content drives attention and results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation- Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and marketing materials
- Create photo/video content (site, food, behind-the-scenes)
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
- Manage and schedule posts across all platforms
- Write captions aligned with each brand voice
- Reply to comments and messages
- Maintain consistent look for each brand
- Improve menu designs, promos, and marketing materials
- Help develop brand identity and campaigns
- Assist in promos, hiring posts, and announcements
- Suggest content ideas to increase reach and sales
- Track basic performance (engagement, reach)
- Experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Creative, organized, and can work independently
- Preferably nearby or willing to work on-site
