Fund Onboarding Manager | Fund Accounting | 1x RTO A Month | Night Shift

• Location: Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines
• Work Setup: Hybrid: Required to report onsite 1 to 2 times per month after the initial training period.
• Shift: Night Shift
• Employment Type: Full-time

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new investment funds and client accounts.
• Manage large-scale onboarding events including fund launches, fund terminations, in-kind transfers, strategy changes, and account transitions.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal, Technology, Business Development, Custodians, Prime Brokers, Transition Managers, and Clients to ensure timely execution of onboarding activities.
• Drive project timelines, monitor milestones, resolve onboarding issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
• Independently manage onboarding activities such as new broker setup, security onboarding, market openings, custodian changes, and benchmark.
• Manage onboarding documentation, account opening requirements, workflow tracking, and operational readiness.
• Monitor onboarding pipelines, reconciliation activities, and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to onboarding analysts while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Fund Onboarding, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Custody, Capital Markets, or Financial Services Operations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end onboarding of investment funds, client accounts, or large operational change events.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, fund lifecycle, securities, custodial services, and financial markets.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience driving process improvements, operational excellence, and service delivery.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring team members is highly preferred.
• Willing to work Night Shift and in a Hybrid work arrangement in Pasay City
