The Opportunity

Stacia Hotel, OPC' is seeking an experienced Line Cook for Cold Station to join our talented culinary team in Cebu City Cebu. As a Line Cook for Cold Station, you will play a crucial role in preparing and assembling high-quality cold dishes to delight our guests.

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetisers, and desserts, following standardised recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure all cold items are kept at the appropriate temperature and meet food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in the efficient operation of the cold station, maintaining a clean and organised workstation
  • Collaborate with the broader culinary team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Adhere to portion control and cost-saving measures to minimise waste and optimise profitability
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and assist with ordering and receiving of cold station supplies
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to prepare a variety of cold dishes, with a strong understanding of food safety, presentation, and plating techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with the broader culinary team
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, 24/7 hospitality environment, including weekends and holidays
