MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS (DANAO FACTORY)

We are looking for skilled Manufacturing Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and specifications.
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
