• Coordinate with Inbound Planner the raw material delivery schedule and priorities
• Receive incoming raw material deliveries and check accuracy of delivery documents vs. the actual goods delivered
• Ensure that drivers are present during unloading of raw material to validate accuracy of the delivery
• Ensure that all deliveries have passed quality inspection prior to unloading and Issuance
• Ensure proper unloading of raw materials to the designated storage location. Cold Storage, Flat Warehouse-Bulk and Bag, Silo, and Tank Farm)
• Ensure that all deliveries pass through Weigh Bridge to determinate the net weight of delivered material
• Monitor the condition and quality of stock during storage. Report to Inbound Banner any non-conforming product, slow and non-moving materials
• Implement Good Warehousing Practices and ensure that proper labelling, correct stocking height and pile-to-pile and pile-to-wall clearances are observed
• Maintain and monitor warehouse condition. Ensure compliance to storage temperature requirement
• Ensure proper aeration of stocks that are prone to combustion. Provide ventilation and conduct re-piling of stocks whenever necessary
• Conduct aeration and cleaning of Silos as scheduled
• Ensure the cleaning of liquid tanks
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of Raw Material Warehouse, Silo and Tank Farm to ensure compliance with the Sanitation Standard
• Check and report to the Inbound planner any pest activities in the area and ensure that proper pest management program is undertaken to eliminate or control infestation
• Adhere to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-to-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) on the issuance and transfer of raw materials to the Production and to other facilities
• Coordinate with Forklift Operator the material, location and quantity of items that are subject for issuance or transfer
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of stock movement at all times. Reconcile any discrepancy with Inbound Planner
• Conduct daily inventory count to ensure accuracy of stock movement report
• Prepare and update the warehouse locator map
• Generate reports such as but not limited to the following: Daily Inventory Report, Summary of Issuances to Production, List of Slow/Non-moving raw materials
• Assist inbound Planner and Finance Analyst during month-end inventory activities and ensure that all raw materials and packaging are properly accounted
• Assist QC Analyst during Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Ensure that all documents pertinent to receipts and issuance of RM to production site are analyzed and encoded in the SAP on a day-to-day basis
• Assist the Warehouse Head in planning and implementing the day-today activities by submitting accurate reports on time
• Assist the Warehouse Head in maintaining good housekeeping in all areas of operation
• Oversee the material handlers' proper disposition and storage of used sacks, containers and other scrap materials
• Determine, account, and report to Warehouse Head items to be declared as surplus and/or scrap
• Monitor daily fuel consumption or usage report of Forklift(s) and Pay loader

• College graduate
• With at least one (1) year work experience in Warehouse or related Operations
• Must be of keen to details and computer and SAP Literate
• Must have experience in Warehouse Management, checking and dispatching of finished goods
• Must have a leadership capabilities, good interpersonal skills, and possess good oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, must be matured, honest, patient, hardworking and systematic
