Supervisor for Events, Activation and Production

The Supervisor for Events, Activation & Production is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and production requirements for clients. This role ensures that all events—from press launches to large-scale activations—are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives and brand standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Events Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in events, production, or PR (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in handling corporate and brand events
- Strong network of suppliers and vendors
- Basic knowledge of technical production (AV, staging, lighting)em
