JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 yr. college graduate of any course
- With pleasing personality
- Personable, flexible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Capable of handling front-line customer service functions, including assisting customer needs and inquires
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle basic administrative tasks
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Amenable to work in assigned branch location
- Serves as the front desk representative of the branch, handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests both face-to-face and through phone calls.
- Provides accurate information and ensures a positive customer experience at all times.
- Organizes and manages branch documents such as receipts, petty cash records, and other adminstrative files for submission to the Head Office
- Handles frontline administrative functions, including coordination and processing of branch utility bills (electricity, water, and similar expenses).
- Performs other administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support smooth branch operations
