Monitor crop health, pest control, and proper use of fertilizers and chemicals
Lead and manage farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
Plan and implement farming activities based on production targets
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safekeeping of farm equipment and tools
Conduct regular field inspections and provide updates to management
Maintain accurate records of farm activities, inputs, and yields
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
Coordinate with agronomists, technicians, and management for farm improvements
