OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - BILINGUAL / MANDARIN SPEAKING
  • Supervise and manage the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring they meet performance expectations and company standards.
  • Oversee and streamline operational processes related to inventory management, order processing, procurement, and logistics to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and business partners. Ensure effective communication regarding orders, shipments, and any operational issues.
  • Ensure that all operational activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee quality control procedures to maintain product standards and minimize errors.
  • Address operational challenges, such as delays, inventory discrepancies, or supplier issues, in a timely manner to minimize business disruptions. Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions.
  • Oversee inventory levels and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock tracking, timely replenishment, and proper storage of goods. Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.

  • Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders, including coordinating logistics, shipping, and documentation. Track and resolve any issues related to order delivery.
  • Identify areas of improvement within the operations workflow and propose solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational reports, including performance metrics, inventory levels, and logistics updates, for management review. Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address any client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Language Skills: Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in English and Mandarin Language.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: With or Without experience in an operations role, supervisory position, preferably in the trading or logistics industry.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of operations management, logistics, supply chain processes, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operations management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin-speaking markets and the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.
