Job Summary

Foster a well-trained and motivated worker.
Implement and monitor plant policies and procedures.
Ensure that all preparations are done on time.
Monitor and coordinate activities of production team members to ensure efficient operation

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and ensure all materials are ready for production.
Allocate enough materials for use in the production.
Conduct inventory of raw materials, packaging and finished goods product.
Oversee production personnel
Receive incoming raw materials, check of the production sched, and verify production yield
Strictly follow GMP Standard all the time.
Consolidate orders and make them available for dispatch
Make sure all targets and timelines are met and reported timely.
Perform other duties assigned as need arises.

Minimum Qualifications

College graduate, business related course is an advantage
Height is an advantage
Can handle and cascade to teams
Ability to write legibly and do basic Microsoft Application
