Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 PM – 6:30 AM PH Time
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000

Responsibilities as a Team Leader

The Team Leader will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure company goals, policies, and sales objectives are executed properly and efficiently.

Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales performance, customer handling, and product knowledge.
  • Hold team members accountable for productivity, attendance, professionalism, and performance standards.
  • Address performance concerns, behavioral issues, and workplace conduct in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain discipline, structure, and a positive working environment.
  • Set the standard for professionalism, work ethic, and accountability.
Performance Management
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Review KPIs, connected calls, sales growth, customer acquisition, and productivity metrics.
  • Prepare accurate performance reports for management review.
  • Identify underperformance and implement corrective action plans.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and accountability meetings.
  • Ensure team members are consistently meeting expectations and targets.
Daily Sales Operations
  • Lead daily sales meetings, huddles, and productivity reviews.
  • Ensure proper documentation of coaching sessions, team updates, and operational activities.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining efficient workflow and sales operations.
  • Ensure tasks are completed properly, on time, and according to company expectations.
KPI & Goal Oversight
  • Establish and manage clear sales KPIs aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly targets for the sales team.
  • Track progress consistently and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure sales targets and productivity goals are achieved through proper leadership and follow-through.
Team Motivation & Workplace Culture
  • Organize sales contests, incentive programs, and performance-based rewards.
  • Encourage healthy competition, teamwork, and consistent effort.
Promote a culture of accountability, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Recognize strong performers while coaching those who need improvement.
Qualifications as a Team Leader
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, team supervision, or sales management.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage different personalities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to enforce standards, accountability, and workplace discipline.
  • Experience creating KPIs, sales strategies, and performance reports.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting systems, and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in seafood, food distribution, or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
