Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of projects within the toys and animation sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting project managers/project head in planning and coordinating projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Supporting cross-functional teams, including designers, animators, engineers, and marketing professionals.
• Preparing project schedules, tracking timelines, and maintaining budgets.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or delays.
• Communicating updates to stakeholders and gathering feedback.
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring information is organized and up-to-date.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Animation).
• Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in the toys or animation industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
