BIM MODELER / COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler/Coordinator to join our established team of designers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology in our hospitality and residential design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM processes and workflows with project teams, including designers, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Produce modeling, detailing and auditing components for BIM models
• Create and manage the production of technical drawings and schedules
• Liaise with the design production team, and delegate to a team of modelers.
• Ensure project deliverables meet BIM standards and requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project teams to resolve BIM-related issues.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from a candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling/coordination, with a focus on architectural and interior design projects
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. Experience in Dynamo and Rhino is will be an advantage.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
