What you'll be doing

Engage prospects through outbound calls, sparking interest and building rapport.
Identify needs and position tailored solutions that resonate with potential clients.
Book qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.
Track interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to refine strategies and hit team targets.

What we're looking for

Outbound sales experience (2 years preferred) with proven success in cold calling or appointment setting.
Excellent communication skills in English – confident, clear, and engaging.
Competitive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Problem-solving ability and resilience in handling objections.
