Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, clients, and service providers. This role is responsible for providing professional front-desk support, handling inquiries, coordinating communications, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 1 year of experience in reception or administrative support (exp. with office buildings is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work full on-site and longer schedule (12-hr shift, Mon-Sat)
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist tenants, visitors, clients, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Receive, record, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate visitor access, gate passes, and tenant requests in accordance with property policies.
- Assist tenants with general inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, tenants, and service requests.
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security personnel regarding tenant concerns and property issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and building regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
