The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, clients, and service providers. This role is responsible for providing professional front-desk support, handling inquiries, coordinating communications, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 1 year of experience in reception or administrative support (exp. with office buildings is an advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work full on-site and longer schedule (12-hr shift, Mon-Sat)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist tenants, visitors, clients, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Receive, record, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate visitor access, gate passes, and tenant requests in accordance with property policies.
  • Assist tenants with general inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, tenants, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security personnel regarding tenant concerns and property issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and building regulations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
