IT Network & Infrastructure Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient IT Network & Infrastructure Supervisor to lead our network operations and infrastructure support team. This critical role bridges the gap between technical execution and team leadership, ensuring maximum network uptime, robust security, and seamless daily operations across our campuses.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in network troubleshooting and firewall management, paired with 1–2 years of proven supervisory experience. • Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and develop the IT infrastructure and network support team to maintain high operational standards.
• Network Operations: Oversee daily network operations, ensuring optimal performance across LAN/WAN/WiFi/VLAN environments.
• Incident & Escalation Management: Serve as the main point of contact for critical operational incidents, managing ticketing systems and ensuring swift escalation resolution.
• Vendor & ISP Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internet service providers and external technical vendors to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key operational analytics, SLA compliance, and network KPI metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring technical issues and implement standard PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies to optimize workflows.

Job Requirements

Education & Certifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications: * CCNA (Highly Preferred)
• CompTIA Network+ / Fortinet NSE / FCA (A strong advantage)

Experience:

• Core Field: Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in IT Operations, Network, or Infrastructure Support.
• Leadership: At least 1–2 years of experience in a Supervisory or Team Lead capacity.
• Industry Background: Prior experience working in an ESL or BPO operational environment is highly preferred.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VLAN) and Firewall/ISP management.
• Strong foundational grasp of system administration basics.
• Proficient in Ticketing, SLA management, and creating comprehensive technical documentation/reports.
• Solid experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and PDCA methodologies.
