Job Title:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivables transactions.
- Assists in managing inventory records, including reconciling physical stock and counts with system records.
- Maintain and update vendor and customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact and payment information.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing, organizing documents and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply; No work experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Open to undergo training in different areas of Food Retailing
