Job Description
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Accounting Clerk or in a similar role
  • Adequate knowledge of cash and selected banking transactions
  • Professional knowledge in applying accounting theories, principles, practices and terminology
  • Proficiency in computer accounting software (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply but bookkeeping experience is an advantage

Qualifications

Financial Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Budget Management
  • Assist in preparing the annual school budget
  • Monitor and manage school budget, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines
Accounts Payable
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of the financial statements
  • Maintains updated report Re: Sales, Expenses, Net Income/Loss of trading arm
  • Monitors the Stock Inventory of trading arm
Compliance and Audit
  • Responsible for preparation of BIR reports monthly, quarterly, and annually such as Value Added Tax, Expanded Withholding Tax, and Compensation
  • Assist with audit and provide necessary documentation and explanation
