Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a driven and personable Client Service Analyst to join the Client Service team to help service the company’s rapidly growing client base. A successful candidate will be a highly collaborative team player who is eager to provide white glove service.

They thrive in fast paced entrepreneurial environments, have exceptional attention to detail, and are service-oriented collaborators.

  • Drive successful client outcomes by assisting new and existing clients through active communication by processing client requests, and providing guidance throughout the transaction process (Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post Trade)
  • Support clients with transfers, capital calls, AML/KYC, redemptions, and other ad hoc requests
  • Collect, analyze and process client information
  • Become a subject matter expert on the platform and help clients understand the mechanics of the platform
  • Liaise with clients on the user experience of the platform and partner with the Technology team to enhance the client experience
  • Create and execute new processes to further automate client workflows and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Collaborate cross functionally with various teams at spanning Sales, Operations, and Technology to appropriately respond to inbound requests and questions, and streamline and improve existing processes
  • Additional responsibilities will be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

  • College degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of client service experience at a financial services firm
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM programs
  • Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Understanding of alternative investments and the wealth management ecosystem a plus
