- 3 to 5+ years of working experience in Software Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Calm and methodical approach under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with end-to-end accountability
- Ability to bridge the gap between customers and engineers
- Motivation to improve systems, processes, and outcomes, not just close tickets
- Understanding of Javascript, Docker, Node.js, and AWS
- Experience working with logs, APIs, or monitoring tools
- Exposure to hospitality, parking, payments, or access-control systems
- Senior experience in application support, technical support, or SaaS operations
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership without close supervision
- Confident engaging directly with clients, including during incidents
- Proactively monitor the performance and availability of DRIVO across hotel sites
- Respond to, triage, and resolve support tickets in line with SLAs
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-impact issues
- Work closely with engineering by providing clear examples, logs, screenshots, and timestamps to support issue resolution
- Validate fixes in test or production environments
- Communicate directly with hotel clients in a professional and confident manner
- Lead incident coordination and ensure issues are followed through to resolution
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and system improvements
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation and support records
