About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support healthcare-related administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and healthcare information while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working with healthcare documentation and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and verify healthcare-related information in internal databases and systems.
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing.
  • Maintain electronic files and documentation according to established procedures.
  • Process large volumes of data while meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, and data errors.
  • Generate reports and provide data support to internal departments as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Perform routine audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and data management processes.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, back-office operations, or healthcare-related accounts is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Experience handling healthcare records, medical documentation, insurance information, or patient data is an advantage.
