Admin Coordinator (Engineering)

Responsibilities:
- Communicates with multiple departments regarding equipment/facilities concerns and work order follow-ups.
- Ensures that all work orders are scheduled based on importance level.
- Plots cafés’ and kiosks’ equipment/facilities repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinates with the Engineering team regarding work orders’ status and updates the tracker accordingly.
- Prepares permits and materials needed to execute work orders.
- Creates required reports and other related tasks as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
- Experience as a coordinator is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office applications and Google Workspace
- With good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form
