Admin Coordinator (Engineering)

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with multiple departments regarding equipment/facilities concerns and work order follow-ups.
  • Ensures that all work orders are scheduled based on importance level.
  • Plots cafés’ and kiosks’ equipment/facilities repairs and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinates with the Engineering team regarding work orders’ status and updates the tracker accordingly.
  • Prepares permits and materials needed to execute work orders.
  • Creates required reports and other related tasks as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
  • Experience as a coordinator is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Google Workspace
  • With good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form
