Office Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Office Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our office environment. This role is essential to keeping our workspace clean, safe, and functional for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of the office to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Handle minor repairs to doors, locks, lighting, furniture, plumbing fixtures, and office equipment.
• Ensure HVAC systems, lighting, and electrical outlets are operating properly.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors for specialized repairs or services.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work closely with the office manager to prioritize tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and restock as needed.
• Support office moves, furniture setups, and layout changes.
• Ensure all safety systems (fire extinguishers, emergency lights, etc.) are maintained and compliant.
• Maintain cleanliness in utility areas, storage rooms, and back-office spaces.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in an office or commercial setting.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical and technical issues.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; TESDA certification is a plus.
