About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations Japanese Cuisine of our busy establishment in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.

• Manage and coordinate all restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budget management
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of restaurant staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Analyse and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine the restaurant's menu offerings

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with the local hospitality and tourism industry
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
