Job Title: Site Engineer
Job Summary:The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role requires coordination with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure efficient execution of work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in construction/site supervision
- Must have a valid Safety Officer (SO) Certificate
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site and in flexible schedules
- Willing to relocate to Laguna
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols as a certified Safety Officer
- Prepare and submit site reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
Work Environment:
- Primarily field-based (construction site)
- May require extended hours depending on project needs
