- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all construction activities
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Coordination with office departments, clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
- Monitor project progress and reports to PIC and Operations Manager
- Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports to the PIC and Operations Manager
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
- Oversee material delivery, usage, and inventory on site
- Review and validate subcontractor accomplishments and billings
- Ensure quality control and proper workmanship at all stages
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in office fit-out / interior construction projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and Autocad
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project timelines
- Accredited Safety Officer (SO2/SO3)
