POSITION TITLE: THREE (3) MANDARIN PROJECT SITE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:- Initiates, plans, executes controls and closes all activities associated with project execution
- Manage the full life cycle for wind turbine supply, logistics, installation, commissioning and reliability testing for the Quezon North Wind Power Project
- Work alongside other departments to create automation plans that align with wind project goal
- Responsible for progress and budget in regard to overall project
- Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing
- Initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractor
- Report the status of the site activities to Senior Project Manager
- Fulfilment and respect of the HSE requirement at site and to intervene should the requirements not be respected nor fulfilled
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Site Manager Professional
- With at least 2 years’ experience in site management within the renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology and energy conversion
- Proficiency in site management tools and software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, Vietnamese Speaking
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
